Bruno Mars and Janelle Monae have announced their tour !!!"Hooligans in Wonderland" will be a 24-city tour with more cities hopefully being added soon. Groups Plan B and Mayer Hawthorne will each open during various dates of the tour. Tickets go on sale Feb.26,2011.
