According to FOX NEWS: Mattel's Fisher-Price massive recall on Thursday was due to the potential for serious injuries on their toys and other products in the U.S. and Canada.
Mattel's shares fell on the announcement that the products, including Little People Wheelies Stand 'n Play Rampway; Fisher-Price tricycle models; Healthy Care, Easy Clean and Close to Me high chairs; and various infant toys with inflatable balls, were recalled after some injuries, including lacerations and choking hazards, were reported.

On Sunday, September 26, 2010, Bishop Eddie Long publicly spoke to his congregation at New Birth Baptist Church, about the allegations that are being reported against him.
"I have never in my life portrayed myself as a perfect man; but I am not that man that's being portrayed on television. That is not me!!!" The Bishop stated.
He also refers to the Bible, when he states:
"I feel like David against Goliath; But I've got five rocks and I haven't thrown one yet!"
Many of his Members and Supporters, were satisfied with his statement, but the media went crazy!! Was it not enough? or Were the real questions still unanswered???
I know 99% of the time, you have to chose your words carefully when making a public statement or it can be used against you... Alot of people wanted him to just come out and say, " I never touched the victims..... Your thoughts....

Tyler Perry’s upcoming film is based on the award winning play “For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When the Rainbow is Enuf?”
This movie has many talented stars that we all know love:
Janet Jackson, Loretta Devine, Whoopi Goldberg, Phyllicia Rashad, Kerry Washington ,Thandie Newton, Kimberly Elise, Anika Noni Rose and Macy Gray.
The film originally was to premier in early 2011 but it is being released early to be eligible for a 2010 Oscar. All I can say award or not, Tyler Perry is AMAZINGLY TALENTED at what he does!!!! Keep those movies and opportunites coming!!!

BISHOP EDDIE LONG DENIES ALLEGATIONS!!!!

According to the AJC reports:
Two DeKalb County men filed lawsuits Tuesday alleging Bishop Eddie Long, Pastor of New Birth Missionary Baptist Church, with more than 25,000 members., coerced them into having sex with him in exchange for lavish trips, cars and cash.
The plaintiffs, Anthony Flagg, 21, and Maurice Robinson, 20, began having inappropriate relations with Long at the age of 16, which is the legal age of consent in Georgia, said their attorney B.J. Bernstein.
Maurice Robinson's lawsuit specifically names Andrew Moman, Anthony Render, and April McLaughlin as employees of Long would often accompanied he and the plaintiff on the overnight trips. The lawsuit even alleges that a Chevy Malibu was purchased for Mr. Robinson to use by the church.
Anthony Flagg alleges in his lawsuit that he was told by Long to move to a home he chose, Golod House, which is owned by Andrew Moman and he was given a 2000 Mustang convertible to use, which was registered to Darius Wise, an elder in the church. Both men were allegedly placed on the church payroll.
"Defendant Long has a pattern and practice of singling out a select group of young male church members and using his authority as Bishop over them to ultimately bring them to a point of engaging in a sexual relationship," the suits allege.

The pastor’s attorney, Craig Gillen, adamantly denied the allegations.
Gillen also noted that Robinson was one of the men arrested in June 2010 in connection with a burglary at the church.
Police arrested Anthony Boyd, 19, of Decatur, and Maurice Robinson, 20, and charged them with burglary.
Atty B.J. Bernstein (Robinson's atty), stated Robinson committed the burglary in retaliation after learning that Long was involved with Anthony Flagg and other men.
In June 2010, Bishop Eddie Long stated he “forgives the men and hopes that they understand what they did is wrong. Long added that he is praying for them and that God is a God of mercy and compassion.”
This is SHOCKING, but not UNBELIEVABLE!!!
My first question is "Where were the parents throughout these alleged affairs and trips????"
Second Question: "Why did both plantiffs wait 4 years to file this lawsuit?"
Some things about this story makes me wonder! I know victims usually take a while to come forward because of fear and this maybe the case, but I will reserve my judgement and let the court find the real truth!!! "If God is with us, who can be against us???"
I have always said: Isaiah 54:17 "No weapon that is formed against you will prosper; And every tongue that accuses you in judgment you will condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, And their vindication is from Me," declares the LORD.
What is done in the dark will come to light!!!

On Sept. 9, 2010, the young actress/singer Willow Smith,9, announced “On-Air with Ryan Seacrest” along with Roc Nation founder Shawn “JAY-Z” Carter, who called in on the phone, that she is Roc Nation's new artist.
Her official first single “Whip My Hair,” produced by newcomer Jukebox, has launched to rave reviews. Willow’s debut video will be shot in Los Angeles at the end of this month. The catchy tune is a celebration of freedom, energy, expression and liberating yourself by “whipping your hair.”
I am also happy to announce that my girl, LEEAH D, was picked out of hundreds to be apart of her first music video. Congrats to the both of you!

Paris Hilton pleaded guilty today to (2) lesser charges: Misdemeanor to Drug Possession and Obstruction of Justice(lying to an officer)from a recent arrest in Las Vegas on August 27, 2010. The heiress guilty plea was an attempt to avoid a felony conviction and jail time.
According to France 24; Judge Joe Bonaventure gave her two six-month suspended jail terms -- but said she would be jailed for a year if she was arrested again.
And he warned her: "The Clark County Detention Center is not the Waldorf Astoria" -- the luxury New York hotel which is part of the Hilton family's worldwide business empire.

After reports that Lindsay Lohan failed drug tests, she continue to deny that she had taken any drugs. Now she admits that she took the drugs in her Twitter statement.
“Regrettably, I did in fact fail my most recent drug test and if I am asked, I am prepared to appear before judge Fox next week as a result.”
She continued with saying “Substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn’t go away over night. I am working hard to overcome it and am taking positive steps…forward every day. I am testing every single day and doing what I must do to prevent any mishaps in the future…This was certainly a setback for me but I am taking responsibility for my actions and I’m prepared to face the consequences.I am so thankful for the support of my fans, loved ones and immediate family, who understand that I am trying hard, but also that I am a work in progress, just as anyone else. I am keeping my faith, and I am hopeful....Thank you all!!! .”
According to US Weekly: As of today, 9-20-2010,Lindsay Lohan's probation has been revoked and a bench warrant has been issued for her arrest after she admitted failing a court-ordered random drug test stemming from her DUI case.
The bench warrant is being held until 8:30 a.m. Friday, September 24, 2010. This is the same day Lindsay is due to appear in court.
My only honest advice to both of these beautiful young ladies is "You paid alot of money on Attorneys and Rehab and that is not working or solving the problem, "Now try GOD", "He is FREE and his doors are Always Open!" Ok, So today is My 17th birthday!!! I just want to say that I'm happy to be alive. Thank You GOD!!! I am blessed to have a loving and supportive family and friends. I couldn't have gotten this far without you guys!!. I love you all dearly!!!
I took a picture of my beautiful and delicious vanilla cake with cream cheese icing and confetti designs... This cake was bomb even though I m not going to cut it until tomorrow. My guest who came to my birthday brunch ate the cupcakes that came with it.. Yummy!!!!Thank you Mom & Dad, Grandma & Grandpa who made all of this possible.
